Repairs are the responsibility of the landlord, so when an unexpected repair appears, you don't have to worry about trying to find money on short notice to produce the required fixes. Renting is a great way for you to get a feel for a particular area if you are new to the idea. If you’re living arrangements need to be temporary and not permanent, renting is the best option to have got.
